We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage accounts, Tally operations, office administration, and basic HR functions. This is a key in-office role supporting daily business operations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Tally:

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally (ERP/Prime)
• Handle sales, purchase, GST entries, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Prepare basic reports, ledgers, and MIS
• Coordinate with CA for GST returns, compliance, and audits

Office Management:

• Day-to-day office coordination and documentation
• Vendor coordination and record management
• Inventory, billing, and file maintenance

HR & Admin Support:

• Attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records
• Support hiring coordination and onboarding documentation
• Handle basic HR policies, leaves, and internal communication

A Good Candidate Must Have:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration preferred
• Hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting concepts
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and compliance processes
• Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in FMCG / SME environment is a plus
